Hey everyone-

My wife recently bought a new bat house to try to fight off the Mosquito population on our property. We know its not a quick fix but it certainly can't hurt. Anything is better than spraying Chemicals into the air. My question and problem is where to put it. The photo's are the of the rear of my house which faces south. I don't have a very large yard and at the edge of the yard are some trees which do not make a good place to place it. I was thinking high on my chimney or on a pole near the left side of the house above the roof. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. I could not open your picture......as for advice........put it in the most sun with as much flight space beneath it as possible.........chimneys are usually very good locations........

Could not unzip or open file. Has anyone been able to see the photos? If so would you please post them?

Thanks for the input. I would love to re-post the pictures but it is telling me their are too big to be uploaded so I put them in a compressed folder. I am gonna try to put it up on my chimney but it isn't so easy to get to. Maybe if I glue a bracket to the back and then mount the bracket with some screws the brick.Thanks again; Jon

Thank you for your responses..I ended up putting it on my chimney above the house. That way it gets all the sun it can. If I ever end up getting and residents in it I will post pictures. Thanx again!!
