Gary check its eyes. If they are pink it is albino, not leucistic. Just kidding of course. The you tube of the white bat is great.

great video of the albino bat emerging from the bat house and flying around it. What a surprise that must have been!.
A week ago a friend of mine caught an albino Serotine bat, when he was doing bat research with mist nets. The picture below shows the albino bat and the same species in normal colors. This is a link to a news article I wrote about it. It is in Dutch so probably its abracadabra for all of you....but it's about that albino bats are very rarely seen and that are just two bat species in the wild that are truly white.
