Bat House Forum

The population between these two houses has exploded to an estimated 300 bats. Although we have had some extremely warm temperatures and alot of bats have left the houses at certain times. I am drawing plans for a few well built 4 chamber houses to put at the same site with added ventilation slots and holes. This 60x150 foot lot is less than 100 feet from a major river and has the potential to attract hundreds of more bats from my experience. If I can afford it, I would like to see a few bat houses that can accomodate at least 1200 bats at this site.

Overheating and overcrowding seems to be a problem already as there have been up to 100 degree temeratures here already.
