Bat House Forum

I am looking to buy a new home in my area, but my dilemma is that my current home has 4 occupied bat houses mounted to it (about 10 bats throughout most times of the year).
My house could use painting or new siding installed after I sell it which also presents the problem of taking down the bat houses by the new owner. I kinda feel guilty of moving and having the new owner tearing down the houses that these bats have called home for the last 8-9 years.

Anyone have any advice?

Do you already have a buyer? Are you sure they'd take them down??
