Sorry it took so long to reply... I was busy counting all my bats!  Ok....not really :? 

I think I came up with a solution that takes all into account.  I have purchased another house :cool: and hung it on a pole in an open space away from the trees and everything else.  Now there is only one thing left that I can do....hang one on my house!   Wife is not too high on that concept.  Wish me luck guys and I will keep you informed.  Thanks for all the help.
