Here are 2 boxes mounted by the PA game commission. Two years ago there was an exit count of 400+ little browns. Last year I helped count and we got only approx. 220 but it was Aug. 9th and some may have left.

Here is a condo built in 2006 to alleviate crowding in the 2 bat houses on the building. We only counted 6 bats exiting it in Aug. of 2007. When I stopped by 6/21/08 I did not see any guano on the ground. Hopefully by late July it will have some occupancy.
