These are pics of my bathouse. I made it from scrap 5/8 plywood and scrap 1/2 x 4 boards. I grooved both sides of both chambers and the landing pad. Wood screwed it all together and caulked the exterior seams. The interior was not caulked. Another 1/2 x 4 is both the roof and internal ceiling, however, a piece of scrap shingle was curved over a strip of 2x2 and stapled to the roof for rain and sun protection. I painted it with spray paint last year but that was not very good. Plan to sand and paint after caulk touch-up before remounting on a pole this year.
Internal dimentions are 14" wide and 20" tall, one chamber is 7/8" and other is 1" wide. I did not put in the "ventilation slot" on the front that I read about somewhere else but not sure it is nessessary.
Again, any input is appreciated.
Thanks
