Bats Relocation Method

When I found bat do on my auto parked in the carport, I looked in the attic at the louver over the auto.
I found about 26 little browns plus a small black bat off to itself with them. I decided they had to go,
so I order a store bought bat house.
These photos are from my crashed computer hard drive That I now run as a slave on my exist computer.
I recorded the exclusion with photos

I blocked the louver with plastic after the bats left for hibernation. I installed the bat house on the louver
and waited for spring.

In the Spring, the bats came back could not get in the louver so used my new bat house.
This was the beginning of my batting which has now developed into 5 houses and over 200 bats.
I kept moving the bat house a little further away until the bats are now about 40 feet from my house.

Hi OBC, on your "where_to_hang" page you mention that in the southeast (and
southwest) the species attracted depends on the degree of sun / shade a
bat house receives. However it does not specify which ones prefer which.
Not finding this information in the Stokes guide either. Wondering if you could enlighten us a bit?
